Chipping Green Renovation

Yesterday we started work on the chipping green in order to greatly improve that area of the grounds.  Currently we are removing the established bermuda grass that was planted, prior to my arrival, then we will follow up with non-selective herbicide treatments in order to eradicate the remaininig turf and weeds on the surface.  We will also be adding some new drainage to the right side of that green, along with improving the greenside bunker,  improvement over all chipping area, new bentgrass and irrigation improvements.  We will be mowing out a new target area, in front of the green, so that you all can continue to utilize the shortgame area with minimal interruption.
